Services may be scheduled for immediate or future dates, with tracking available via the app.
Direct booking with preferred providers and customized booking requests are supported.
5. Payments
Multiple payment methods are supported, including digital payment, cash after service, and wallet payment.
Loyalty points and referral bonuses can be used as partial payments.
All transactions are securely processed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the Platform’s Cancellation & Refund Policy (available on the legal pages).
Providers may have their own terms regarding cancellations and refunds, which will be communicated during booking.
7. Provider and Serviceman Conduct
Providers and servicemen are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they offer.
Topfix is not the employer of the providers or servicemen.
Providers must adhere to local laws, licensing, and compliance requirements.
8. Content and Promotional Materials
Topfix may display promotional banners, push notifications, and special offers within the app and website.
Users may receive communications regarding promotions, offers, and service updates.
9. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Topfix and its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
10. Data Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the legal pages).
Users can manage their personal information, view transaction and booking history, and delete their accounts.
11. Account Termination
Users may delete their accounts at any time from the respective apps or website.
Topfix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
Topfix is a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and providers.
Topfix is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of services booked through the Platform.
Users agree to hold Topfix harmless from any disputes or claims arising from provider services.

Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
